How to get here
If your travel by car the best connection between the Island and the Mainland is provided by Stinica – Mišnjak ferry, the line that operates throughout the year and the navigation lasts for 15 minutes. A new fast ship passenger line connects several islands with the mainland: the town of Rijeka – the Island of Krk – the settlement on the Island of Rab – the pedestrian Island of Silba – the town of Zadar. A complete trip lasts for 4 hours, but if you travel from Rijeka to the settlement of Lopar on the Island of Rab – you will navigate for 2 hour.
The nearest airport is placed on the neighbouring Island of Krk where several international airlines connect the airport of Rijeka with various European towns. You can find the flight timetable on the Rijeka Airport website. Thera are also airports that can be reached by car in only 2 to 3 hours, and those are the airports of Zagreb, Zadar and Pula.
